01About these terms
These terms govern your use of Doonia, including doonia.io, app.doonia.io, campaign entry pages and WhatsApp channels operated through Doonia. Doonia is operated by Dreamskingdoms Sdn. Bhd. (202401010049 (1555899-W)), part of DREAMS ("we", "us").
By using Doonia you agree to these terms. Where a business has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms if the two differ.
02Who does what

| Meta | Provides WhatsApp, which carries messages between you and the campaign under WhatsApp's own terms. |
03Taking part in a campaign
When you take part, you agree to follow the campaign rules and these terms. In particular you agree to:
- Send only genuine receipts for purchases you made yourself.
- Not send edited, copied or reused receipts, or receipts belonging to someone else.
- Give accurate information.
- Not use several numbers or accounts to get around entry limits.
Entries may be held for review, rejected or cancelled if they do not meet the campaign rules or if fraud is suspected. Numbers involved in abuse may be blocked. Decisions are made under the campaign rules.
04WhatsApp messages
- We reply about your entries, results and rewards. We do not send unrelated promotional messages.
- Your mobile provider's data or message charges may apply.
- We will never ask for your password, one-time code (OTP) or banking details. If anyone asks for these in a campaign's name, do not reply and tell us.
05AI-assisted reading
Receipts are read with the help of AI. Readings can be wrong, so unclear entries are checked by a person before a decision is made. If you think a decision on your entry is wrong, you can ask for it to be reviewed.
06Rewards
Rewards, winner numbers, draw dates and delivery are set by the brand in the campaign rules. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash unless the rules say so. Keep any code or PIN sent to you private. We are not responsible for a code you share or forward.
07Business accounts
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity by the users you invite.
- You confirm you have the right to run each campaign and to collect the data it needs, and that your campaign rules are lawful and published.
- You agree to follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms for any WhatsApp account you connect.
- Your campaign data belongs to you. You allow us to process it to provide Doonia to you.
- Fees and service levels are set in your agreement with us.
08Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Doonia for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to Doonia or the systems behind it.
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code.
- Use bots, scrapers or scripts to access Doonia or to submit entries.
- Copy, reverse engineer or resell Doonia, or use its content to train any AI or machine learning system, without our written consent.
- Use a connected WhatsApp number to send spam or unsolicited messages.
09Intellectual property
The Doonia name, logo, software, design and content are owned by Dreamskingdoms Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. DreamsOS and related DREAMS names and frameworks remain the property of DREAMS. Content you submit stays yours, and you allow us to use it to run the campaign.
10Availability
We work to keep Doonia available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta's services. We may change or improve features over time.
11Disclaimer of warranties
Doonia is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Doonia. For participants and website visitors, our total liability is limited to MYR 1,000. For business users, liability is as set in your agreement with us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
13Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or the law, or from content you submit that is false or infringes the rights of others.
14Suspension
We may suspend or end access to Doonia for anyone we reasonably believe has breached these terms, the campaign rules or the law.
15Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, power or internet failure, cyberattack or the failure of a hosting or messaging provider.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Malaysia sitting in Kuala Lumpur.
17Changes and general
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Doonia after changes are posted means you accept them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the campaign rules, form the whole agreement for your use of Doonia as a participant.
